Sharon Makes…
Managing your program or personal art practice easier.
Are you looking for a qualified, organized, and service-oriented administrator to provide program management support on a contract, part-time, or temporary basis? Let me help. I provide remote programmatic support, from coordinating meeting logistics to facilitating workshops and overseeing a cohort. I will keep your program running efficiently from start to finish, and provide useful feedback and critique for evaluations and reports.
Or, are you a working artist who needs administrative support for a short-term event, project, or program? As an artist and experienced arts administrator, I know how much work, time management, flexibility, and care go into your art practice. But, just because we wear many hats doesn’t mean we have to do everything ourselves. If you’ve got an event, project, exhibition, etc. planned but need extra support efficiently completing all the items on your to-do list, let me help. I’ll make sure you stay on top of deadlines, support in email management, and schedule coordination ahead of a big event, acting as your teammate, keeping you on task, and helping you meet deadlines.
What do I bring to the table?
Years of program and project management experience working specifically with and in support of artists from all mediums and practices. Experience working with municipalities and in community engagement. Experience coordinating and running events. Ability to create engaging copy for newsletters, social media, blog posts, and other written content.
Requirements
Event administration and project management requests from individuals, not organizations, must be project or event-specific with a clear start and end date. I do not act as a personal assistant or take on continuous work that could be considered full-time.
Rates depend on the scope of work, timeline, and hourly commitment. I provide flexible and accessible options for individual artists and grassroots/community-led programs so don’t hesitate to reach out! Let’s discuss and see what can work for both of us.
